| Help with Crysis key bindings |

Hi guys, was hoping to get some help with Crysis key bindings.
I know I need to change the actionmaps.xml file for custom key bindings, but need help with what exactly I need to add in.
What I want to do is bind a sequence to a key. The sequence being StrenghtMode, Jump, SuitCloak.
Help???
