Hi all,
When i try to play C&C 3 about 1 min in or a bit longer it crashes hard. I had the same problem with the demo and when i patched it to 1.4. This is the event viewer thing i see.
Faulting application cnc3game.dat, version 1.4.2620.25554, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.2945, fault address 0x00012a5b.

system is the one in sig. Any ideas?

Roll back the patch and wait for another. Sometimes they can break things even when they are supposed to fix them.
Like what XP64 SP2 on my machine does. -----

nah it was buggy before the patch, in the demo aswell.
I got a IRQL IS LESS NOT EQUAL or whatever its called and event viewer refered to the nvidia drivers not functioning properly, i have reinstalled my nvidia drivers however this happened with my FX5200 aswell so it isnt card based :( -----

Is C&C3 the only game that gets this error message? -----

indeed.
I got a direct X error then it locked up fully, reinstalling that didnt fix anything.

My bro's pc plays it fine, i wish i could figure out what it is...
