Replacement fans for Biostar 200N

Got a mate with a Biostar 200N, it's one of those Shuttle-like mini PCs.

Both the internal fans (but not the PSU fan thankfully) have started doing the making-a-racket thing.

I can't be forked trying to oil them.

Suggested replacements? I think they're 40mm, will confirm later.

I've not used either of these small fans, but they seem to be decent quality:

They seem to be at the lower end of prices too, compared to others on staticice.

My bad, looks like it's 50mm.

At the moment this looks like the only option available in WA: http://www.anyware.com.au/browse/b810ef0d13994e0a932142d5daefae1d001ItemDetail.aspx

It's a bit loud (and seems to be a hybrid of sleeve and ball bearings, however that's done), but should do the trick ok.

Probably wouldn't be louder than the stock fans though.
