I am looking at getting a TRUE, and wondering which fan to attach.

I have options between Scythe fans, and Noctua fans, though Scythe fans are cheaper:

Any recommendations which would be better for the TRUE, accounting for some Q9550 CPU overclocking?

what model depends how much noise you can to put up with and just how much you want to overclock
id be looking at a 1900rpm scythe s-flex or maybe a 2000rpm kaze but then i dont mind the sound of a little air movement

Consider a thermalright SI-128-SE, which beats TRUE in a closed case environment and is much cheaper than a TRUE. Details can be found here:
http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/coolers/display/thermalright-si128se-ultra120a_12.html#sect0

The fan airflow is directed towards mobo PCD which cools other components as well.

Noctua NH-U12P from MSY. Very Happy with it. A lot cheaper than the TRUE and has better mount from what i am told.
