link for you lazy people

FFS HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN SUGESTING THIS COOLER!

FROM THE DAMN DAY IT CAME OUT!

LIKE 8 MONTHS AGO!

Its 1 degree hotten than a TRUE in tests, and is only $50ish (so half the price)

its pure win. especially if you lap the exposed heatpipes lightly.

true it is close with the fan on "high" at 52 dba while the true is only using a 44dba fan, so a better test would be both coolers using the same fan if you ask me.

I hate it when reviewers don't keep all variables constant, because then people get the wrong impression of a product.

The test i read did use the same fan.

they were scythes i think too.

see how forst's site isnt a whole degree different?

Going by memory caus its late, and a quick google cant find the review.

there was 1degree difference at low, and 1.5degs at high. fan speeds.

using the same fan.

and at half the price, (and they didnt even lap the 'explosed heatpipes') I know what has my vote.

I have to agree with Master_Scythe,

The 92mm (one I have) or 120mm coolers are pure win. Using the stock fans, My PC is piss quiet as they utilise PWM fans (read - can hardly hear it at night) and temps are awesome. Even when the CPU goes under load and the Fan kicks in, it does not speed up more than 1200rpm which is negligable on the Sound factor. Of course all the while maintaining great Load temps.

Of course the TRUE has proven to be a better cooler once you stick a good Fan on it. But as a Bang for your buck or shall we say Price per Degree. Xigmatek takes the crown, as re-iterated by Frostytech

I find it quite funny that, although they had made crap(ish) coolers in the past, their new range acually kick arse but dont receive as much support.

PS. Wow - I sound like a fanboi for Xigmatek. haha

Looks interesting, but I'm not going to be easily fooled by gimmicks...
I'll have to read some reviews.
