I don't think I'll ever get this guy. *shakes head slowly What everyone is trying to say [and it's not the first time]: your websites look like shit. ----- [No Heroes] is the artistic antithesis of that sinking world; a thorn in the side of their beast. And every web designers works/operates like shit, theres not a programmer among them. Some of my pages have page rank with google and i do not pay a cent, why, because i actually use some of the w3c.org suggestions i'm accused of look like shit, but google respects it. Also, i don't pay a cent for search engines(never have paid a cent either). Its 10 days or so into May and i have more than 10 search engine strikes, most came from google , yahoo and msn , and were in the first page (some have been the first for the string they used). You mean exit by the same as entering, quite high, but anyones is unless they run something properly stable as a business anyhow. The way i see it is it does serve the point , difficult to see if its effective unless their string of words is huge enough. As that is, "the point of" and the "exact information"(key-wording) is extreme in difference p/page in my site, and would well equate to "the self"(surfers and its wants) leaving after examining the headings on the links e.g. Home is often where they leave. Notice the "categories" p/implication of definition are all quite different on my home page link text. I feel like tearing my hair out right about now. Everything jims said has been completely irrelevant and hasn't directly addressed anything or nothing.. JIM: loose the repeat background images, music, seizure colours. etc. stick with nutural colours. Keep some form of visual consistantcy across one whole site. I also cant find any form of navigation other than going to the sitemap. Which is not an acceptable form of navigation to the other pages within your website. or websites.. I cant tell if its one site or many because every page ive seen is visually different. Oh.. no wait.. the left nav with "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link".. when rolled over has alt tags. JIM... NAME UR LINKS FFS! "LINK" does not constitute as an acceptable form of navigation. naming them according to what they represent that differs from one another does. How the hell you give advice on websites but fail to deliver the basic concepts of usability is beyond me. These are the main problems people have with your sites. Why is this so hard for you to comprehend? Why am I educating you on things you should already know OMG. Quote b.y orcone My poor thread... yep.. im sorry Orcone... ill be quiet now. just think of the above as a good example of how not to design. If I feel the need to spank further ill start a new thread directly about how hideous looking websites should be banned and such. :P Anywho.. back on topic... SO.. Orcone how you doing with it so far? Edited by moofactory: 11/5/2008 09:06:48 PM ----- Quote by Ben Mansill I've always waited for the day here when we talk about anal sex with animated Disney lions.

Q:moofactory Oh.. no wait.. the left nav with "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link" "link".. when rolled over has alt tags. On my site "link:" is not alt, its "title" a w3c.org recommendation just like the visible word "link:"(WCAG). He's pointing out that "link" is really not good for accessibility. ----- [No Heroes] is the artistic antithesis of that sinking world; a thorn in the side of their beast. I just realised, you do not commit much attention to social innuendo, jim, if you know your British and Australian cultural history is not a good one with the older set that view this, and thus shows the lack of moral and ethical effort you use in such implicit nomenclature. That one is definitely not characteristic of me, and (if you apply a little public advertising censorship theory)a misnomer. Its only escape of that is i live in Sydney, and thus more confusing of its application upon me than direct interpretation commits. ----- ERROR @ [ ForumReply.DLL ] Line 983395876948 [ CyborgLoop.DLL ] not loaded ERROR #232 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception program C:\progra~1\nicephotoganswers\bin\nicm.exe

Understand is "slang" actually, the word is "comprehend". ----- ERROR @ [ ForumReply.DLL ] Line 983395876948 [ CyborgLoop.DLL ] not loaded ERROR #232 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception program C:\progra~1\nicephotoganswers\bin\nicm.exe

No, understand is an English word, and is not slang. Comprehend has a very similar (if not identical in some situations) meaning. http://wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn?s=understand http://wordnet.princeton.edu/perl/webwn?s=comprehend If you're using a translator, perhaps investigate a better one as it appears to be broken. ----- Mreow?
