A free and excellent SSH/telnet/serial terminal emulator (Can't believe this isn't already listed.)
A simple, single-binary standalone mp3 player. uses most of the same ke shortcuts as Winamp 2.x, uses standard media hotkeys, supports some winamp plugins.
UNIX-like environment for Windows. Uses standard GNU toolchains and utilities.
Minimal GNU for Windows. A minimal development environment for Windows. Allows compiling of native windows binaries using standard GNU tools.

Open-source multi-platform DOS emulator. Useful even on Windows as it give syou an emulated DOS environment that will play nicely with old DOS games.
