I am new to atomic and am need of help. Can anyone tell me how to find the express code on a Dell Ispirion 1520 so that I can get some help w/their customer service. For some reason with the 5 stickers on it they or I can't seem to find this 10 digit or 7 letter code. I am pulling my hair out while I wait for a response.

Being a number is ok, as long as you’re in the top ten.

When I contacted customer service the first question they asked was for the express tag number. When I flip over the laptop there are somewhere around 12 sets of numbers. They just couldn't help me. I only want them to send me a new damn wall charger that is still under warranty but i think i am just going to go ahead and buy it off ebay and call it a day.

It's on the bottom, and it's the only number that works.

click on warranty status, you might be able to find out your service tag via their tool (use IE) or, you can enter all the numbers that look like service tags into the input box and find the correct one.

To be honest, it took me about 10 seconds to find my service tag =|

I'm always amazed at why there are so many different numbers on these machines these days.
What does it all mean?
