I have a colleage at work whose son purchased a buisness modem from Telstra for her sons laptop, it was way overpriced plan for her son at uni and she has come off with a 2 thousand dollar or so bill, anyway she has stoped using it but now telstra support has told her that she cannot sell the card?
WTF? Is this correct.
They have sent a letter of apolige to her,
I advised her to send a letter to troubleshooter in icon.
Any advice on wether she can sell it, its costing her $50 a month.

Good news she has got them to cancel the balance, but they still want her to pay them out $159 dollars,
Can she get out of this?

Is she sending the card back?

It's useless on other Australian networks.
