Have you tried using your old RAM again to see if yo ucan get it back to what you had before?

Is it only with the new RAM that you're having issues reaching the same overclock?

Not sure about others, but I rolled my eyes and groaned when I saw you'd pissed money away on buying pointless 1066Mhz RAM to replace perfectly fine 800Mhz RAM. Seeing things like that makes me less interested in helping.

Good luck with it.

step 1: go to this screen press enter
http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/msi_p45_platinum/images/76.htm

step 2: change these values in order to 5-5-5-15
http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/msi_p45_platinum/images/79.htm

step 3: make sure adjusted dram freq is around 1066
http://www.overclockersclub.com/reviews/msi_p45_platinum/images/76.htm

step 4: failing that check the manufactures specs and see if it needs more than 1.8v to run stably (can be changed on this screen, anything up to 2v should be fine)

if you are trying to run 1066mhz ram at 1200mhz without a sufficient voltage bump then it is probably your problem.
