Ok so everything works. But I have a problem when I try to overclock, I changed the following settings.

Bus Speed: 400mhz
Multiplier: x9
Ram Speed: 800mhz
CPU Voltage: 1.30
Also turned off speed step

When I log into vista, it will keep changing my clock from 3.6ghz to 2.0ghz, as far as I can tell (from CPU-Z) it is just changing the multiplier from x9 to x6. Am I doing something wrong?

Not sure but is it that the Asus AI Suite doing this?

That happened to me, its the features of your Core2Duo, They throttle the multiplyers to save energy..

There were threee of them ..
C1E (CPU Enhanced halt)
EIST Function
CPU thermal monitor 2
