Hey guys - I can tell you that Enspire have no advertising bloatware or crap of any kind on their pcs. We will put a virus scanner on at the buyer's request, and often recommend something noninvasive such as micro pc-cillin.
There is usually a benchmarking program or two (can't remember if we leave them on or take them off before shipping) such as 3Dmark06, but certainly no bloatware :)

Another thing is that we were asked to throw this together at very short notice - we were a bit reluctant as the GTX 280 was due out in a week or two at the time - and hence we just used some of the parts that were lying around at work at the time. In a machine like this we almost always use a TRUE with noctua fan (cool and quiet!).

dude, of course it's overpriced - it was built more than 2 months ago! You realise how much prices have dropped?
Also, what I think (some) of us forget is that a lot of people are happy to pay a bit of extra for someone to build their machine and cover warranty...

Warranty is not that great although, at least it is onsite and not RTB.
