Coolermasters new case has arrived

Coolermaster has a new case available:

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=8042

It's perhaps a little expensive at this point in time for what it is, but it should drop down quickly. But when you consider it's feature set, i'd say it's a combination of the cosmos and cm690. In either case you can fit a tripple 120 rad at the top, plenty of hardware choices, excellent cable routing but with out to many bells and whistles. Stylings not to my liking, but you can't have everything. If it were around the $150 mark i'd say it's a great buy and i'm sure it will reach that price soon enough.

cheers

I think it is pretty good value for $199 considering that it is a full tower with many features.

Nicely priced case. It has good features but the styling is not to my liking.

Hm, features are farly good for the price, though I'm not a fan of the styling either.

Looks like a slightly taller 690.

Wouldn't really suit many setups, but I'm sure it'd suit someone out there.

thank the stars they decided to get rid of the 4-in-3 hard drive caddy!

the new design makes it so much more neater and easier to removed hdd's when you need to. i don't know why they thought it would be good idea to have that caddy design.

not a big fan of the exterior look though, cosmos s still looks alot better in my books.

We have one of those cases in the labs, and Hollingworth is reviewing it for issue 93.

I don't personally like the looks of it, nor the lack of filtering, but it is very quiet - surprisingly so - and is very good for cabling.

Also, the front fan seems kinda pinkish in normal light, and only appears red in the dark. Probably because they've only used 4 LEDs in the whole fan, but it's still kinda cool.

Quirky styling but it's not bad at all.

I like blue neon fans ... not a fan of red ones. I don't mind Orange though.

That's what I was thinking!

I wish that my 690 had the same mobo tray as that! because it's much better for cabling and lets you route under, behind and around the mobo without leaving the mobo tray area, unlike the 690. But I still love it all the same!

I would have to say this case is not my choice for looks, but for functionality, it's nicer improvement on the qualities of the 690

the inside looks like a cosmos s and the out side is an Lian Li armor suit. but certainly it has a good airflow and great for water cooling.

I'll stick with the 900 for now but price-wise it looks like value. Hopefully there will be some reviews around by x-mas and santa can bring me one.

Looks crazy.
