Anyone had any problem with order from IT Estate?

Not sure if this is the right section. I ordered some stuff about 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. Also, their website has been doing some weird stuff over the past couple of days. Does anyone know what's going on with them?

I've never had a problem with them at all.

I just looked at the website but had to use IE instead of FF and they have changed it since I looked at it 2 weeks ago. That may explain why it has been doing weird things.

Have you given them a call about your order?

Personally I will not buy from them again. Although the monitor I bought works fine and the price was good, it took over a month to arrive as their in stock item turned out to be a backorder that kept on taking longer and longer to arrive, and yes I did call them several times about it.

So thanks but no thanks.

I've bought stuff from them in the past. Even though they can be extremely slow to send orders and it's sometimes impossible to get hold of them on the phone, the stuff has always arrived. I'm getting a bit worried about this one though.

I ended up getting onto them on the phone. They couldn't find my order and I couldn't find it myself after logging into the site. It wasn't showing any orders for my account. Anyway, they asked me to find the amount I paid. I had to go away and check my bank records. I found the transaction and called them back. After calling a bunch of times and having the phone ring out I finally got onto them. Only to be told by the guy that my order had been cancelled. WTF?? I asked why but his English was pretty bad and I could harly understand him. He basically was just pushing for them to give me a refund, which at that point I was happy to take.

Bottom line, I don't care how cheap they are, I won't bother with them again. My time is worth more that the few buck saved by going through them. I only ordered from them because my usual places didn't have stock of what I wanted. I'll go elsewhere next time.

I think it was them, Mult1 was making an order for his parts. I saw the price of the hard drives and went there, got a shipping quote.. it was $55 for shipping. I pretty much was just shocked

A friend of mine bought the E8400 from these guys, it took them three weeks to get it to him! The best price i got for shipping was $10 for two packets of ram and a thermalright heatsink for a GPU

******* Update ********

I still hadn't received my refund so I called them this morning. All I can say is that these people are the most fucking useless c#%ts I have ever come across. The guy who answers the phone asks me for my order number. I can't give it to him because when I log into the site I have no orders or previous history showing. (Their 'new' site doesn't seem to have any information about previous orders.) Well, you should have heard this reaction. He huffs and says 'God!', like it's all my fault. He puts me on hold for about 10 minutes until a woman picks up the phone. Again, we go through the whole process of her asking for my order number and me explaining that I don't have it. So she asks me to go and check my bank records and call back with the date of the payment. So I now have this info and I call back. But the person who is handling this is 'busy'. They take my number and tell me they'll call me back. My money says they don't call back.

Why can't they just check my order using my name or username??? It's insane how bad their system is.

I will never use or recommend these fuckwits again!

/end rant

I only order online from PCManiac, Techbuy and PCCasegear.

Otherwise, I go to capitol square or MSY.

IT Destination are the best store in Sydney IMO.

I've had a generally good experience with them.
Cheap prices and I don't think I have ever been overcharged with freight. There emails were a little short and sharp but otherwise good.

Only problem I have had is with shipping being to expensive. Otherwise they seem to be efficient and well priced.
