Here's some progress on my new case, feedback is most welcome!
The reason for the duct mod is with this case for some reason the front intake fan created a horrible vacuum noise. Putting the duct in with the fan at a distance still gives good airflow and has dropped the noise levels a lot.

Front 120mm fan whole cut out for ducting

FYI: My 9600gt with accerlo S2 passive cooling which I couldnt bring my self to keep 'passive'
