Looks very nice mate!
Can you please take a picture of the right side of the case with the right panel off, as I want to see where exactly you put the other cables. Mine won't physically fit behind there without warping the side panel.
Cheers

My Side panel... is VERY lightly warped.. so little that you can only tell if you feel it. pretty hard to see it.. basically run each cable from the PSU on that back side.. run them one at a time. run them next to each other.. but NONE around eachother.. don't wrap them up, and don't let any cross eachother if you can. then they can all lay on there own, as low as possible. then the side closes and doesn't warp much.. thats what I did.. at first it warped.. but it's better now. I'll take a pic in a little while. I'm taking the Mobo out really fast.

OK... my Tuniq arrived today in the Mail.. I'm exited. I just installed and figured out hw to hide the SATA wires for my newly installed ASUS 20x SATA Burner..

Check this out.. So, the Logitech G11 gaming Keyboard.. I LOVE it.. So far it's totally badass.. I got on that website I've been talkin about. Guy has 18 G11's, and 18 Logitech MX-518 Mouses.. the G11 is work at least $50 bucks.. new for $58.00 on newegg.com and the Mouse is new for $39.00. all 18 were used ONCE.. for a lanparty Competition Gaming thing for his PC store. So he's sellin them now.. get this. They are brand new, in a box. cuz some were not used. still have plasic stickers everywhere.. and I got two G11's, and two MX-518's.. for a total of $70.00 bucks from him.. and he has 16 sets left..
one set for me, one set for my brother.. totally sweet deal. to get New would be 100 for the set.. I got 2 sets for $70.00 total.. I haven't used mouse yet.. but so far VERY happy with this keyboard.. and Vista installed all drivers automatically.. everything works.. Media keys all good, (even during game when Media Player is Minimized.. it still controls it.) I heard it woulnd't. but it does.. Sweet Keyboard..I totally recommend it.

Had stickers on the Media Key's, and on the Logitech sign. so it's pretty much New..

Almost finished with Pics, Here's it with no panel, on my Computer stand, those metal things will have to go. or I can switch the Tower mount to the other side. Blue Glows a lil bit, thats cool.

Funny thing Is, Thats the New Tuniq with the Blue LED fan inside, and you can barely if at all see the LED.. if I look straight from front of PC I can see it through the metal Fins.

OK, sorry. that was a lot of pictures. I said I'd post them when I was finishes so there they are..

Somoene had asked for a Shot of the back panel, Thats it for now, I'll clean it up later.

Overall I think everything turned out really well, Now I just got to get some RAM. will do that eventually here.

Thanks for checkin out my system. Let me kno what you think about all the goodies!

OK, looked at Manual.. 31 is reserved.. so that error means Nothing.. lots of the numbers are reserved and don't have a meaning..

Right now it says FF.. stands for Boot.. thats all it said in Manual, is Boot.

that thing is pretty cool tho, lookin at the manual, it will tell me anything that goes wrong.. Sweet!

edit* thats not 31.. it's 1E and thats also reserved... weird? whats that all about.

gunther,

im planning on getting a complete new system in the next few weeks, been doin piles of research etc, looking for a good value system, and so far 690 is looking like a good home for my baby but have heard the mesh is pretty flimsy & tool-free hard drive bays also pretty flimsy...true or not? will be interested to see how noisy/ quit it is as well... ALso, hows your 226BW? looking at it for my monitor, any issues?

cheers

The 226BW is a GREAT monitor.. but there is 3 versions of it in stores.. on the label on the back.. S panel, for samsung, A panel for some chinese brand, and C panel for Chimei.. The S panel is the best one.. then the C.. and then the A.. Doesn't really matter either way it's a great monitor and works wonders..

as for the Case, the case I like so far, the mesh might be weak, but thats the point, it's mesh plastic.. not heavy metal. it's not that cheap. I've had NO problems with that. and the hard drive bays are flimsy becuase thats how they work. you can bend them and snap the HD in. then slide it in your system.. I think It's a excellent idea actually

Overall i give this case a very much good Rap... It's a great case and you wont be sorry you got it.. I very much recommend it

and yes cable wireing is fun.

and there's RAM, it's just cheap and thin, no heatspreaders.. you'lll be able to see the new stuff tho, don't worry

Haha ok.
Just clearing it up for reb_dark, the outer layer of mesh is a softish metal that is pretty bendable and good for modding, then there is an inner layer with a different pattern that in made of plastic. I have already modded the front part of the inner mesh out so that the front led fan in clearer.

ok cheers guys, that helps. other than the 690 i was looking at the CM 590 or antec three hundred, latter seems a bit too basic though, might give it a miss an opt for a slightly more expensive case.
would a silverstone 500W (ST50F) provide enough power for Q6600, 4GB Corsair PC6400, 8800GTS 512mb (with the view of SLI ina year or so) couple hard drives & opticals + HDTV tuner? thats the basic rundown of the setup im after, im breaking back into the enthusiast crowd after taking a leave of absence (or rather my setup did) and not up to date with the quality of alot of products...(note to atomic - issue dedicated to allthings building a new setup and basic overclocking???)

Cool, ya It has RAM in it, but I'm about to order my new RAM here this week sometime soon.

MaccDaddy, can you please take a picture or 2 of your case, what did you mod, you changed the Front Mesh?? did you take it out so the front Fan's LED's would be brighter.. what did you just cut around the edges, or what was it that you did. I'm thinkin of doing something like that to the front. and the top.. plus I have TWO 120mm LED Antec Fans on top.. so just was curious.. I totally love the case so far, I have no complaints..

and reb, 500W is probably enough, but if your going to Run SLI, with the newer chips, or old ones, AND use more than one HD's, and a HDTV tuner.. Just to be on the safe side I'd go more like 600, or 620

I'd recommend the Corsair 620HX.. it has nothing but Good reviews. ALL good, I swear. I have the 520Hx and it's great.
Very good quality PSU's from them. good luck.

Cheers!

Definately take the Corsair 620HX if you are thinking about sli.
I will take a picture of my case on the w/e for you, I'll try to get some shots with the front panel off so you can see what I'm talking about. I also think that the mod would improve air flow so I do want to get around to doing the same to the top two fans... Maybe after uni exams.
