Restricting access between certain times

Hey guys, I've got a BiPAC 7300GA modem/router. The general idea is to restrict access to the internet on certain ports between certain times.

The story goes, having trouble keeping the brother in law off the pc, he somehow always gets the password. So i've come up with i'll restrict the internet access to the ports so he can't get on the internet at all. (That will show him)

Anyway, is this possible?

Thanks guys

RTM dude as the BIPAC should have those settings available. Look for packet filtering.
But if he is somehow getting your passwords then you really need to sort that out first.
Also do not forget to password protect the safe mode admin account?
