I have both and I find them completely awesome. But you have to remember, it's all about personal preference.

I don't know about the g15 but I can tell you about the razer lycosa keyboard. For gaming it rocks, the keys light up and you can work in complete darkness. Your fingers sit firm on the fat keys and don't slip on the rubbery texture. They are however terrible to type with because the keys are low and short motion results in some typing errors.Next time I buy a mouse I am going to see it personally and make sure it's ergonomic and the buttons fall where their suppose too.

I have one of the newer G15 keyboards (the orange backlight instead of blue).

Decent keyboard that's comfortable to use. The LCD is very handy too. What I also like is that the G15 software found what games I have installed on my computer and automatically got profiles and settings for them. So when I go in game, the G1 - G6 buttons are already assigned useful commands.

3 levels of backlighting (off, low and high) for the keys, and a switch that disables the windows button.

I'm very happy with my G15 keyboard.

As for the G9, I haven't tried it. I still have one of the old G5 mouses (the single thumb button, not the newer two thumb button models). I haven't found a more comfortable mouse yet, especially once I found the ideal weight for it (The mouse has adjustable weights to change the balance)

Nah.

notice they don't have numbers at the top - that's weird for me because I usually use numbers to change weapons.

So I'd stick with a normal keyboard for that reason . .

I've used my fair share of them, plus I sell them at work, in particular gaming mouses, so I make it my job to know specs and features

From Logitechs website
"Adjustable weight cartridge: Use up to 36 grams of weight to customize your mouse with a heft and balance that’s just right for your game."

http://www.logitech.com/repository/134/jpg/711.1.0.jpg
This slips into the bottom of the mouse. You can change the weighting so that it's weighted towards any direction.

I use a combination of the lighter 1.7g weights at the back with three 4.5g ones for the centre of the mouse. Gives me a decent weight mouse that's got good centre of gravity.
It's not too heavy so that when I run out of room it's not awkward to pick up and move back to the centre of my mouse pad when I'm in the middle of a frag session.

No. Unfortunately not.

I've never actually seen anywhere that sells them.

I swear Atomic had something similar. Might have been in the Gearbox section.

Has anyone seen a review/article on fingerprint readers? I'd be interested to know if they work and which one to get.
