That doesn't have mobiles, only landlines, I believe ;)

Make a friend with someone who works with a phone store that sells for the company that they are with, or all of them (such as allphones) and have them check the number.
Would would however, be asking them to do something illegal.
Or download a reverse phonebook

Good luck on finding out the name.
I have had a flood of pranks come through a while ago, I just called up my carrier, explained my situation. Now I don't receive shit from that number. -----
